What’s really holding you back?
People come to therapy for a lot of different reasons. Everyday life can be filled with disappointment, sadness, and situations and people that make you feel angry or hopeless. Past trauma or patterns of thinking may be holding you back or causing anxiety and depression. Maybe you have a dream that means the world to you and you haven’t been able to find a way to make it come true.
