WHEN YOU'RE READY FOR SOMETHING TO CHANGE
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling pulled in too many directions—torn between responsibilities and unmet needs. People-pleasing, relationship stress, and unresolved trauma can wear down even the most capable person. They’re not sure what the answer is—but they know something has to change.
I work with professionals, older adults, and college students who want more than symptom relief. My clients are curious, insightful, and ready to understand what’s holding them back so they can create meaningful change. Together, we explore the patterns, thoughts, and emotions that keep you stuck and begin to untangle what’s really going on beneath the surface.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a collaborative space where you can be heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
ABOUT ME
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in corporate America—working in business development and client success programs in the healthcare tech industry. I understand the pressure of striving for success while trying to have a meaningful personal life, and how easy it is to lose sight of what really matters.
In addition to my private practice, I currently work at a community mental health center in Boulder, where I support adults who’ve experienced trauma, anxiety, and long-term emotional and physical health challenges. I’ve developed workplace mental health trainings, co-presented at professional conferences, and previously worked with BetterHelp clients through telehealth, offering support for anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Michigan—where I also competed as a Division I synchronized swimmer. That experience shaped the discipline, resilience, and drive I bring into my work with clients today.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a certified life coach, trained by Martha Beck, longtime contributor to O, The Oprah Magazine.
MY APPROACH
My work blends therapy and coaching to support meaningful, lasting change. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thinking, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you process trauma in a safe and manageable way, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional flexibility and values-based living.
I also draw from my coaching background to help you take insight and turn it into practical steps forward.
WHAT TO EXPECT
If you’re new to therapy, you may wonder what to expect. Our first session is a chance to talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and how we can work together.
There’s no need to have everything figured out. You’re welcome to come as you are.
We’ll explore your goals and work through the patterns that are keeping you stuck—while identifying realistic steps forward. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a sense of relief, and tools they can begin using right away.
LET'S WORK TOGETHER
If you're ready to explore what’s possible and create meaningful change, I’d love to work with you.
You can schedule a session directly or reach out for a free 10–15 minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
Evening and some weekend sessions are available.
