About Sandy

Do you find yourself experiencing distress, unhappiness, or an unsettling feeling of dissatisfaction? Is it difficult to pinpoint the exact source of it? Do you find your self pointing to outside factors like your career or relationship? Maybe on the outside you look “successful” but on the inside you feel trapped, stuck, and can’t seem to find a way to make things better. You wish you could start over and feel some regret about the choice you have made. Perhaps those old ways of “sucking it up”, “making it work”, and “just be happy” no longer work.

Maybe NOW is the time.

The time to transform your life into something that feels better to you.

Using my experience, training as a counselor and life coach, and own transformation, I am able to see beyond your current situation and help you break through to new possibilities. My unique coaching style will change your beliefs about what is possible in your life. I will challenge you to let go of what you “should” be doing, to dig deep to get to the root of your fears, and help you discover your path towards a happier, more meaningful life.

For over 20 years, I have worked in corporate America as a sales professional in both healthcare and IT solutions.  I was drawn to a career in sales because of the freedom, autonomy, and potential for high levels of achievement.  Ironically, over the years, the price for high achievement was loss of  freedom and autonomy.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I have spent hundreds of hours working with clients struggling with substance abuse, as well as women and children affected by domestic violence.

I am a Certified Life Coach. I trained under Dr. Martha Beck, world-renowned Life Coach, author, and columnist for O, the Oprah Magazine.

My passion to help you find your path. To become aligned with your essential, true self! Even at work. Most especially at work. This is the key to moving beyond surviving to thriving.

Are you ready?
